In 2006 kwam Activision met Marvel: Ultimate Alliance en nu komen de superhelden uit Ultimate Alliance terug in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2. De game verschijnt op 25 september voor de PS2, de PS3, de PSP, de DS, de Wii en de Xbox 360.
Het origineel liet je geen Trophies verdienen, maar deze gelukkig wel. De game bevat 51 Trophies, waaronder 38 bronzen en tien zilveren. Om deze Trophies te verdienen zul je onder andere de game moeten uitspelen op de hoogste moeilijkheidsgraad en de Trivia Quiz succesvol uitspelen.
